Pupply Application Process

If you’re considering one of Lee’s Retrievers’ puppies, below are details of our process:

1. Fill out and submit the Puppy Questionnaire. We may contact you for more details via email or phone, so please make sure both are accurate and checked regularly. You can also use this form to bring up any questions or concerns you have about the puppies. Once this has been approved, you will be emailed details about paying the deposit on your puppy.
   
   

2. Pay the Puppy Deposit. This will determine the pick order. If we are unable to ensure your puppy goes home with you, due to health issues or other problems, your deposit will be refunded.
   
   

3. (Optional) Puppy Visit Days: August 9th and 10th
   
   

4. Temperament and Structure Evaluation: We will provide the results and input on which puppy in the litter would be best for your lifestyle, so you can make the most informed decision on which puppy you choose.
   
   

5. Puppy Go-Home Day (Tentative Date: August 25th) On this day, you will need to sign the Pet Purchase Agreement and pay the remaining balance before picking up your puppy and our complimentary Puppy Kit.
